The New Testament — The Anunnaki in Christianity

The New Testament continues the story the Old Testament began — and the Anunnaki presence persists. Zecharia Sitchin addressed the New Testament less extensively than the Old, but his followers have found the same patterns: divine beings, flying vehicles, hybrid offspring, and a cosmic war between factions.

The star of Bethlehem — a light in the sky that guided the Magi to Jesus’s birthplace — was not a comet or a planetary conjunction. It was a SHEM. A spacecraft. The “wise men from the East” were following an Anunnaki vehicle to the birthplace of a child who was, in Sitchin’s framework, the product of a deliberate genetic intervention — the same kind of intervention that produced Adamu.

The Key Passages

The Star of Bethlehem (Matthew 2)

“Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judaea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem, saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him.”

The “star” that guided the Magi:

  • Moved — it went before them and “stood over where the young child was”
  • Descended — it came to a specific location, not a general direction
  • Was visible to specific people — the Magi, not everyone

Stars do not move before travelers. They do not stand over specific houses. They are not visible to some people and not others. The “star” was a flying vehicle — a SHEM, an Anunnaki spacecraft, guiding the Magi to the location of a genetic intervention.

The Transfiguration (Matthew 17)

“And [Jesus] was transfigured before them: and his face did shine as the sun, and his raiment was white as the light. And, behold, there appeared unto them Moses and Elias talking with him.”

The transfiguration — Jesus glowing with light, communing with beings from the past — has been interpreted as a mystical vision. Sitchin’s followers have suggested it was a technological event: a communication session with Anunnaki beings (Moses and Elijah were not dead — they were in stasis or in Anunnaki custody), using a device that produced visible light.

The Ascension (Acts 1)

“And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight.”

Jesus’s ascension — taken up into a cloud, disappearing from sight — matches the description of Anunnaki spacecraft departures in Sumerian texts. The “cloud” was not a meteorological cloud. It was the exhaust or the vehicle itself. The ascent was not a miracle. It was a pickup.

The Second Coming

The promise of Jesus’s return — “he shall come in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory” — matches the Mesoamerican promise of Quetzalcoatl’s return. Different cultures. Different eras. The same promise. The same “clouds.” The same vehicle.

“The Ascension was not a miracle. It was a pickup. Jesus was taken aboard an Anunnaki spacecraft — the same kind of vehicle that Ezekiel described, that the Sumerians called a SHEM. The ‘cloud’ was the craft. The ‘heaven’ was the destination. The promise of return is the promise of the next landing.” — The Second Coming and Quetzalcoatl’s return are the same promise.

The Virgin Birth: Another Genetic Intervention

The virgin birth of Jesus is the most controversial miracle in Christianity. Sitchin’s framework provides a technological explanation: it was a genetic intervention.

The same pattern appears in the creation of Adamu:

Adamu’s CreationJesus’s Birth
Enki and Ninmah create the first humanThe “Holy Spirit” overshadows Mary
”Mixing clay with the blood of a god""The power of the Highest shall overshadow thee”
The result is a hybrid — part Anunnaki, part humanThe result is the Son of God — part divine, part human
The creation occurs in a laboratory (the Abzu)The conception occurs without human father

In both cases, a divine being (Anunnaki) intervenes to produce a human with special qualities. The mechanism is the same: genetic engineering. The vocabulary is different. The result is the same.

The Book of Revelation: The Return

The Book of Revelation describes the end of the world in terms that match the nuclear destruction of Sumer and the anticipated return of the Anunnaki:

Revelation ElementAnunnaki Reading
The four horsemenAnunnaki commanders — war, famine, pestilence, death
The star falling from heaven (Wormwood)Nibiru or an Anunnaki weapon
The sky rolling up like a scrollThe atmosphere affected by a planetary approach
The New Jerusalem descending from heavenAn Anunnaki orbital station or spacecraft
The city of gold and precious stonesAnunnaki technology — metallic and crystalline
The 144,000 sealed servants144,000 = 40 × 3,600 — a NERU-based number

The numbers in Revelation are particularly significant. The 144,000 sealed servants connect to the Hindu Kalpa (144,000 days in a Baktun), the Mayan Long Count, and the Sumerian sexagesimal system. The same numbers appear in every tradition. The same source.

⚖️ PRO vs CONTRA

Argument PRO (Sitchin Framework)Counterargument (mainstream)
The star of Bethlehem moved and stood still — consistent with a spacecraftThe “star” is a literary device — Matthew 2 is not a scientific account
The virgin birth matches Anunnaki genetic interventionVirgin birth myths exist in many cultures — not evidence of technology
The Ascension matches spacecraft departure descriptionsAscension narratives are common in religious literature
Revelation’s numbers match Sumerian sexagesimal systemThe number 144,000 = 12² × 1,000 — a symbolic number, not astronomical
The Second Coming matches Quetzalcoatl’s return promiseThe “returning savior” archetype is universal — psychological, not historical
The New Jerusalem descending from heaven matches orbital station descriptionsThe New Jerusalem is a theological symbol of the perfected church
